Our body needs essential vitamins to help us maintain our bodily
functions. We get many of these vitamins through the foods we eat and
from the sun but we are often running low on many of the vitamins we
need.
Having the correct amount of vitamins in our body keeps us healthy
and active. It is important to eat the right foods to make sure we are
getting these vitamins in our body. The infographic below shows 13
essential vitamins and what foods have these vitamins in them.
The infographic has a unique design in that it is like a puzzle. The
circular diagram at the top shows each vitamin and symbols that
represent the foods where you can find these vitamins. At the bottom of
the infographic is the key to the symbols explaining what each one
means. There is a simplicity to the look of the infographic but to read
and understand it will take time and patience.
